Penciptaan Sudut Literasi Fisik Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Pemahaman Aktivitas Fisik di Sekolah Dasar

Abstrak
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada penciptaan sudut literasi fisik sebagai upaya menanamkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya aktivitas fisik serta meningkatkan perilaku hidup aktif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Kekait, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Terdapat tiga tahapan utama dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. pada tahapan persiapan tim pengabdian melaksanakan koordinasi dengan sekolah untuk menganalisis permasalahan dan menentukan solusi. Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pengembangan media dan penyusunan konten dilakukan pada tahap pelaksanaan pengabdian. Kemudian pada akhir kegiatan tim pengabdian melaksanakan evaluasi secara menyeluruh. Kegiatan ini telah menyelesaikan sudut literasi fisik yang dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan di ruang kelas 5. Buku, poster, dan mading yang disediakan di sudut literasi akan menjadi sumber belajar yang menarik bagi siswa. Dengan adanya sudut literasi fisik, siswa memiliki akses mudah ke informasi tentang pentingnya aktivitas fisik. Penciptaan sudut literasi fisik telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku hidup aktif pada siswa. Dengan adanya sudut literasi fisik, diharapkan siswa SDN 1 Kekait dapat terus memahami pentingnya aktivitas fisik dan menjalankan gaya hidup yang lebih sehat dan aktif.
