Abstract

Abstract


Education is an important factor in improving the quality of one’n life and the development of nation. The quality of education talks about the results and processes that go through to obtain these results. The results of the school's ability to produce students who excel and produce the best graduates can improve the quality of education. The quality of learning is one of the factors that determines the quality of education. Education in Indonesia is expected to produce the next generation of the nation who are productive, creative, innovative and affective as well as achievers in the academic and non-academic fields so that they can compete on the national and international levels. Educational supervision is needed to improve student achievement and shape student character so that it can improve the quality of learning and achieve national education goals.
