Abstract


Education is an important aspect in developing individual abilities in various fields, including in the field of mathematics. However, the problem that is often faced is the low quality of learning that affects student achievement in these subjects. Therefore, the development of educational supervision is considered as a solution to improve the quality of learning mathematics. Educational supervision is carried out by observing and providing feedback on the student learning process by trained supervisors and teachers. In developing educational supervision, there are several strategies that can be implemented, such as developing teacher skills, using technology in learning, and using effective learning methods. The development of educational supervision can also help improve the quality of teaching and learning mathematics so that it can improve the quality of student learning in this subject. Therefore, the development of educational supervision needs to be carried out continuously so that the quality of student learning can continue to improve
