Abstract

One of the most essential aspects in educational institutions and systems is educational management. Due to the complex nature of educational management, it requires thorough exploration. The implementation of educational management concepts is realized through various innovative approaches and functions within educational institutions, including planning, implementation, and supervision. The success of educational institutions in providing quality education is heavily influenced by their ability to implement management functions professionally. This article aims to investigate the implementation of educational management functions and their application in the management of educational institutions. The planning function involves determining the direction and goals to be achieved, with the involvement of all members of the school community. The organizing function is accomplished through task allocation and assigning responsibilities to all members of the school community during pre-academic year meetings. The supervision function focuses on monitoring the quantity and quality of personnel work through classroom supervision, teacher meetings, and school principal's oversight.
